Shipping Policy
Shipping in Canada takes 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping is the responsibility of the receiver. If your package is lost or stolen, please put a claim through with the shipping provider.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a refund and return policy outlined below:

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for sealed and unused vials or pill packets only. To be eligible for a return, these must have been purchased within 30 days of the order date. We cannot accept returns for opened, used or expired product.

2. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned items and confirm their eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund to the purchasing amount. However, please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Please ensure that the package is securely sealed and properly labeled. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the returned items. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive the returned items and validate their eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund within 2 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
